Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the journal              
for the one hundred sixteenth legislative day be approved as certified         
by the Secretary with the following correction to Page 4367, Line 8:           
change "16" to "25".  Without objection, the journal was approved              
as corrected.
